1Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Security

10Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your plus77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds from your account. plus77 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that have been inactive for more than twelve (12) months. Accounts closed voluntarily may not be reopened for a minimum of thirty (30) days.

plus77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or engaged in any conduct detrimental to plus77 or other users. Upon termination for cause, all balances, winnings, and bonuses in your account may be forfeited.

11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and plus77.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Philippines. The arbitration shall be conducted in English in Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
